When will my order ship?

Pre-Orders will ship out within 1-2 weeks of being ordered.

Can I send in my personal bible to be engraved?

Unfortunately each material has to be tested to see what the engraver settings need to be set at. Because I would ruin the bible by testing on it I cannot engrave personal bibles.  

When will my order arrive?

All Bibles are shipped via USPS Media Mail and typically arrive within 2-8 business days after shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE domestically. Outside of America standard shipping rates may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes

Can I change my shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
If you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at Info@brigzbibles.com.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address if that address was provided during checkout.

  • Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it reshipped.

My package is lost—what should I do?

If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at Info@brigzbibles.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating it.

What is your return policy?

Each Bible is custom-made to order, making every piece unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product. If there is an issue with your order—such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping—please contact us at Info@brigzbibles.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include: Your order number, A description of the issue, Clear photos of the problem
We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

What if my Bible arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your Bible arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the engraving, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@brigzbibles.com with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each Bible is custom-engraved, we do not accept cancellations if your order has already been engraved or shipped.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at Info@brigzbibles.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.

 

Can I request a custom design?

At this time, we do not offer fully custom engravings beyond our available designs. However, if you have a specific request, feel free to email us at Info@brigzbibles.com, and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.
